THE LOCATION

Casa Hollen is located in Urbanization Arroyo Marinos in Almuñécar just 5 minutes walk from San Cristóbal beach.

Arroyo Marinos is one of the most beautiful urbanizations in Almuñécar, with a tropical garden and a large pool. It also offers a paddle tennis court and a small gym.

The apartment is located on the second floor next to the tropical garden with lots of palm trees and flowers, 50 meters from the pool area. .

The apartment is on one floor only and there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen and a nice living room. Outside we have a large terrace (almost 40 squaremetres) with a dining area and a lounge area.

AMAZING CYCLING

Casa Hollen is a perfect base if you want to go cycling in the surrounding mountains on the south side of Sierra Nevada. There are numerous routes from the apartment from 1 to more than 5 Hours with stunning climbs and very little traffic.

Routes are available on request.

There are basic tools and a foot pump in the apartment and it is possible to rent bikes at Costa Tropical Cycling, just 1 km. away.
